Babson Park, FL – Webber International Athletics and Athletic Director Brad Niethammer are pleased to announce the hiring of Collin Johnson as the new Webber Head Women's Flag Football Coach. Johnson bring multiple years of coaching experience to the Warriors and will look to keep Webber in the fight for the SUN Conference and NAIA tournaments.

Johnson was most recently the Head Flag Football Coach at Strawberry Crest High School, where he transformed a team that had recently gone on a 0-30 into a state playoff qualifier. His culture building at Strawberry Crest helped to develop his athletes and he was named the Western Conference Coach of the Year in 2023-24 and 2025-26.

He is also the Head Coach and Founder of the Dover Colts AAU Flag Football team. Johnson leads all the coaching, training, scheduling, and program management for the Colts.

Johnson is a 2017 graduate of Warner University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.

Niethammer is ready to see Johnson hit the ground running at Webber.

"I'm excited to have Collin as our next W-Flag FB coach. He has a passion for the sport and is ready to get started building a championship team."
