Webber International University Sports Information
The Webber International University sports information office provides complete information and media services regarding the institution's 27 intercollegiate sports. The department is responsible for all public and media relations pertaining to athletics, athletic department publications, the athletic department's website, statistical and historical record-keeping for all sports, and other promotional activities surrounding the athletic department.

The Webber International University sports information office is located in the Sabbagh Athletic Center on the campus of Webber International University.

MEDIA INFORMATION 
Tickets: The Webber Athletic Department charges admissions for select sports and the prices will vary. WIU students, faculty and staff are admitted free with identification.
Credentials: It is recommended that all media contact the Webber International University sports information office for credentials and photo passes.
Services: The Webber International University sports information office will provide live stats and video streaming for all WIU home athletic events.

Webber International University SID Media Policies

Interviews: All interviews with Webber International University coaches, student-athletes and staff members must be arranged through the sports information office. Interview requests should be sent to the sports information office at least 24 hours in advance. After games, matches, and other athletic events, locker rooms are generally off limits to members of the media. Player and coach interviews, however, may be conducted outside locker room entrances or on the playing surface after a minimal, 10-minute cooling off period for participants.

Practices: Warriors practices are open to the media as long as one provides advance notice of attendance. 

Game Day Coverage and Media Passes: Credentials are available for any media member as long as he/she provides a 24-hour advanced notice. The Sports Information Office will provide rosters, statistics, and media guides prior to games and statistical information immediately following each contest.

Press Conferences: In the event of a press conference, the primary media covering the University's Athletics will be notified as far in advance as possible. To be added to the primary media list, contact the Sports Information Department.

Game Programs, Game Notes, and Media Information: Pre-game information may be obtained from the Sports Information Department. If notes, programs, etc., are not available, the Sports Information Department will assist members of the working media in any way possible to ensure accurate reporting.

Technology: At all University Athletic Events, a general phone, internet access, and photocopier will be made available to members of the working media. The SID's office will be made available before, during, and after events.

Radio: Any visiting radio broadcasts must reserve their seating and phone lines at least two weeks in advance of the covered event. While late-comers are welcome, phone lines and seating can not be guaranteed. 

Photographers: The Sports Information Department photographs home games for all Warriors events. These photographs are intended solely for use by media as well as future publications for the Warriors. Photographers must apply for credentials and are asked to stay between the 30-yard line and the end zone for football and in the respective end zones for basketball. For all other sports, standard shooting spots may be utilized.

Photo Regulations: Any photo displayed on the University Athletic Web Sites is property of the Sports Information Office and cannot be used in any way without expressed written consent of Chris LoNigro, Sports Information Director.

Live Stats/Live Video/Live Audio: All home Webber Athletic events will be live streamed via video. Live stats will be available at all home football, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's volleyball, men's and women's basketball, baseball, men's and women's lacrosse, softball games. In addition, live play-by-play audio commentary will be available for many home athletic events. Go to Sun Digital Network to watch the live video, live statistics, and listen to the live audio.
