Waleska, GA – The Webber International Flag Football team traveled to Reinhardt University and played three games between Friday and Saturday. The Warriors took down the hosting Eagles 19-12 on Friday, before splitting Saturday with a 12-0 defeat to Florida Gateway College, and a 28-24 victory over Point.

In the win against Reinhardt, Cheyenne Durand caught two touchdown passes from quarterback Samantha Wilson, while Jasmine Henry had the last one. The Warrior defense held tough on the Eagles final drive up 19-12. Webber forced Reinhardt into a fourth down incompletion, effectively ending the game as the Warriors came out victorious.

Against the Timberwolves, the Warriors were unable to get much going offensively, as they were held scoreless. On defense, Sammy Gonzalez was effective at the linebacker position.

Against the Skyhawks, Durand, Zoe Melo, and Gabby Franzose scored off passes from Wilson, while Kaitlyn Sigmundi would pitch an interception to Henry for a touchdown. The Warriors went 4/4 on PAT's for the first time all season.

The Warriors went 2-1 on the weekend and will be back in action on Thursday, March 21st when they host Milligan on the Warrior Grass Field.
