LAKE WALES, Fla. (February 4, 2021) – Webber International University's inaugural Esports team competed in its first competition in program history on Wednesday night, losing by a score of 3-0 in Call of Duty against the UCF Knights.

Standout Performance: In game two, Astral (Austin Dreher) went 11-7 (Kill to Death ratio) in Search and Destroy, but the Warriors still fell just short, losing the game 4-6.

Webber's Head Esports Coach Kyle Jensen said, "It was our first real game as a team, and we have only been practicing for a couple weeks together. We learned a lot during the series and will grow from it as a whole."
