Kyle Jensen was announced as the first Head Esports Coach in the history of Webber International University in September 2020.
The Webber Esports team earned its first win in program history by defeating Rutgers University 3-0 in the game of Rocket League on April 8, 2021. Then on the final night of Webber's inaugural season on April 29, the Warriors defeated the University of Akron 3-1 to finish with four wins overall.
Jensen majored in law and society and minored in forensic science at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, graduating in May 2018.
During the spring of 2018, Jensen was a Research Intern for Purdue Homeland Security. He also worked as a Judge’s Intern for the Shelby County Courthouse in Shelbyville, Indiana, during the summer of 2016.
Jensen has also volunteered with the Indianapolis Colts Touchdown Town and has been a third and fourth grade flag football coach.
