Tampa, FL - The SUN Conference announced its inaugural Esports All-Conference teams on Monday morning. Webber International Esports had three students honored on the list. Sierra Yetto was named All-Conference for Overwatch 2, Adonis Mayorga was named All-Conference for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and Ethan Henderson was honored as the Rocket League Player of the Year. 

Yetto served as the captain of the Overwatch 2 team for the 2024 season. She led her teammates with accurate callouts and game strategy. She was effective in team composition and role swapping, helping the Warriors be competitive all season long. 

Mayorga served as the Super Smash Bros captain for the 2024 season. He was the most skilled player for the Warriors all season and was able to take stocks against the toughest opponents. Mayorga was a great motivator for his team and was consistent in his support for his teammates. 

Henderson is the most technical player on the Warriors Rocket League Team. He consistently took shots and angles that most players wouldn't dream of and it culminated in his honoring as Conference Player of the Year. Henderson's skills and technicality led the Warriors to the Conference Tournament Championship where Webber fell to Southeastern 3-2. 

As parts of the inaugural SUN Conference Webber International Esports team, Yetto, Mayorga, and Henderson serve as the first of many All-Conference selections in the program.
