BABSON PARK, Fla. (December 18, 2017) – Sarah McKinney, Jenna Kidd, Rachel Osborne and Laura Borders of Webber's International University's women's soccer team, Koree Ream and Joyce Caba of Webber's women's cross country team, and Nicolau Prats Coma of the football team have been named 2017 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes, as announced by the NAIA national office.

In order to be named Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete, each student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade-point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved junior academic status.

In total, 614 individuals across the NAIA were named to the women's soccer list, 379 were named to the football list, and 351 were named to the women's cross country list.
