SIOUX CITY, Iowa - The #10 Lady Warriors fell to the #2 Lady Warhawks today in a 0-8 no hit loss.

The Warriors unfortunately found themselves on the wrong side of a 5 inning no hitter today against the two time defending National Champions. Freshman Melanie Murphy got the start for the Warriors today throwing 3 innings and surrendering 2 runs off 3 hits and 3 walks. Kayla Montgomery took over in the 4th inning pitching an inning and two thirds surrendering 5 runs off 5 hits and 2 walks. Brandi Hazen and Erika Bellinger were the lonely baserunners on the day, Bellinger reached with 2 walks and Hazen reached with a walk in the 1st inning.

#10 Webber will continue play against #9 Williams Baptist of Arkansas on Monday at 10 a.m. central time 11 a.m. eastern. From this point on it will be a win and advance or lose and be eliminated.
