Webber International hit back in the bottom of the inning with one of the most unique plays in the game of softball. Cather Amanda Solar crushed the ball deep to center field, right at the wall. Green Bay's centerfielder jumped and attempted to rob a homerun, keeping the ball in play. As the ball rolled around the outfield, Solar never stopped running getting to third before the ball was picked up. With momentum on her side, Solar kept steaming towards home, just beating out the throw to secure the in-the-park homerun.
The Warriors went up 3-1 thanks to a passed ball in the fifth, which would prove to be the winning run.
