BABSON PARK, Fla. – Webber International University Warriors softball team swept St. Thomas University Lady Bobcats 2-0 and 11-10 in a double-header Sunday afternoon in their season finale. WIU won the first game in 7 innings while game two went into extra innings. The Lady Warriors also celebrated Senior Day, in which they recognized eight seniors on the current roster.

The seniors recognized were Jessica McCellan, Kiana Levy, Ashley Peterson, Ashlee Quigley, Maureen Sandidge, Brittany Spencer, Calshyra Dillard and Allison Geiger. The players were honored between games, escorted by family and friends.
With the sweep, the Lady Warriors improve their overall standings to 22-20 and 11-5 in The Sun Conference Standings.

WIU advances to post season play that will begin May 2^nd, 2013 in Clermont, Florida. Their opponent and game time is yet to be determined.
