BABSON PARK, Fla. – The Webber International University Warriors baseball team took on Spring Arbor (Mich.) Cougars. The Warriors won the game with the final score of 5-3.
 
The Warriors would score the first run of the game in the bottom of the 1^st, 1-0. The Cougars would take the lead in the top of the 3^rd when they would score two runs, 2-1. The Warriors would respond with two runs of their own in the bottom of the 4^th regaining the lead, 3-2, and wound increase the lead in the bottom of the 5^th and 6^th innings score one run in each, 5-2. The Cougars would score one run in the top of the seventh but would not be enough to overtake the Warriors. The final score for the game was Warriors 5, Cougars 3.
 
The Warriors improve their record to 18-10 overall.
 
The Warriors will return to action on Wednesday, March 13, when they host Indiana Tech starting at 7:00 p.m.
