Babson Park, Fla. – The Webber baseball team was swept by the Embry Riddle Eagles, dropping both games today 10-8 and 4-2.
In game one, Webber had an opportunity to win the game in the ninth inning as they loaded the bases with no outs but Eagles closer Philip Reamy got a strikeout and a ground ball double play to end the game and pick up his second save of the series.
Leading the way offensively for the Warriors was Travis Noland who picked up four hits, two runs scored and a RBI. Shane McIntyre also had three hits with a run scored and a run batted in.
