BABSON PARK, Fla. (April 29, 2021) – The 2020-21 All-Sun Conference Women's Golf team was announced on Thursday as voted on by the league's seven head coaches, and Hannah Revell of the Webber International University women's golf team was the lone Warrior to make the squad. Additionally, Lucia Rodriguez Zapico was named Academic All-Sun Conference.

It was the second All-Sun Conference recognition of her career for Revell, a junior from Bowling Green, Florida, who has an average score of 79.56 per round so far this season. She has played in four tournaments spanning nine rounds, and has finished in the top 15 in three of those tournaments.

She has shot in the 70's six times during the season, and has a season-low round of 75 at the Word Golf Invitational (Feb. 8-9).

In addition to finishing first on the Warriors in all four tournaments so far this year, Revell's best finish overall so far this season was a tie for fourth place at the Webber Fall Invitational (Oct. 12-13).

In addition to the announcement of its all-conference teams, The Sun Conference also released the names of its academic all-conference honorees. For the second year in a row, Rodriguez Zapico made the grade. To be eligible for the academic all-conference award, a student-athlete must have completed two semesters at their institution, and be at least a sophomore with a 3.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.

The 2021 Sun Conference Women's Golf Championship will take place May 2-4 at LPGA International (Jones Course) in Daytona Beach, Florida.
