Orlando, Fla. - The Webber International University women's tennis team traveled to Orlando to play the 24^th ranked team in the NAIA. The match was at Lake Cane Park and Davenport University (MI) was just too strong for the Lady Warriors, handing them an 8-1 defeat. The loss was the 5^th in a row for Webber and puts their record at 0-5.

Davenport started fast by sweeping all three doubles matches to go up 3-0. The only singles winner for the Lady Warriors was Daniela Caruso at #1. She won a tough match, 5-7, 6-0, 11-9. The final score was 8-1 for Davenport.

Webber tennis is back in action this Saturday in Savannah, Ga. They will be playing SCAD-Savannah at 11:00 a.m.
