Babson Park, FL – The Webber International Athletic Department and Athletic Director Brad Niethammer are pleased to announce the hiring of Dustin Hooker as the new Head Women's Soccer Coach. Hooker brings a wealth of experience to the Warriors and should look to compete in the SUN Conference immediately.
Hooker joins the Warriors after spending the 2020-2024 seasons as an Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at and then the Head Men's Soccer Coach in 2024 at Southwestern Christian University in Bethany, Oklahoma. While there, he helped lead the Eagles to the best team record in school history, and achieved the first NAIA Top 25 ranking in school history as well. While at SCU, he developed players that received All-Conference awards as well as the Player and Offensive Player of the Year.
From 2023-2025, Hooker was also an Assistant Coach for the St. Kitts and Nevis Men's National Team. He helped coach the team during World Cup Qualifying at the CONCACAF Group Stage.
Prior to his most recent experiences, Hooker served as the Executive Director for the Oklahoma Celtic in the Norman Youth Soccer Association, where he directed the youth soccer programs, tournaments, and coaching initiatives to help promote both organizational growth and youth development.
Hooker also brings professional coaching experience as he was a Volunteer Assistant Coach with Energy FC in Oklahoma City. While with Energy FC he supported the teams training and game analysis with a focus on defensive and offensive strategies. Additionally, he engaged in scouting for the team and assisted in all aspects of training.
Hooker also spent time at Mid-America Christian University, where, as an Assistant Coach, helped lead the Evangels to the 2018 Sooner Athletic Conference Championship and the NAIA National Tournament. While with the Evangels he was also a part of the 2019 Coaching Staff of the year and helped set multiple school records while also developing All-Conference players.
He brings a championship pedigree as the Lead Assistant at Norman North High School, where from 2011-2015, his leadership helped the team to four State Championships, while developing multiple players to professional careers.
