Babson Park, FL – The 8th ranked Webber International Baseball team walked it off Saturday afternoon, as the Cardiac Warriors erased a three-run deficit in the 8th inning before a 9th inning two out single secured the series sweep over Talladega
The Warriors struck first in the opening inning when Ty Mathews ripped an RBI double to bring home Mike Cuello for a 1-0 lead. Talladega answered with a run in the third, but Webber regained the advantage in the fourth as Matty Davis launched a solo homer to make it 2-1.
After the visitors pushed across a run in the fifth, Webber responded immediately with a two-run bottom half. Fabian Amaro scored on an RBI groundout, then Mathews came home on a run-scoring single from Tugg Hollandsworth to put the Warriors back in front, 4-2.
Talladega chipped away with two in the sixth and another in the seventh, then used a two-run top of the eighth to grab a 7-4 lead. Webber answered with its biggest swing of the day in the bottom of the eighth: Cuello delivered a three-RBI double, clearing the bases and tying the game at 7-7.
With the game still even in the ninth, Webber finished the comeback in walk-off fashion. Hollandsworth reached and later scored when David Zamora punched a single up the middle, sealing the 8-7 victory.

Davis homered, and Hollandsworth reached twice, drove in a run, and swiped three bases as Webber finished with five stolen bases. On the mound, Gregory Bori worked a scoreless ninth to earn the win.
