Melbourne, FL – Vedant Sirohi and the Webber International Men's Golf wrapped up a three-round, par-72 event with a team total of 909 (+45), showing flashes of strong scoring across the week—especially in Round 2—while battling some tough stretches in the final round at the Titan Winter Invitational. Sirohi ended the tournament in 1st place after taking the lead with a birdie on the 18th hole
Sirohi paced the Warriors from start to finish, posting rounds of 71-75-73 to finish at 219 (+3). Sirohi set the tone early with a steady 1-under 34 on the back nine in Round 1 and stayed consistent throughout the tournament, delivering Webber's lowest score in two of the three rounds.
Webber made its biggest move in Round 2, turning in its best team round at 298 (+10) (best four scores). Christopher Richards Jr. led that charge with an even-par 72, bouncing back with a composed round that featured a strong 33 on the back nine. Tristan Greenleaf matched Sirohi with a 75, and Kyle Miller added a 76 to keep the Warriors firmly competitive on the day.
Greenleaf finished second on the team overall, carding 78-75-74 for a 227 (+11) total, while Richards Jr. closed at 230 (+14) behind his Round 2 surge. Miller posted 233 (+17), highlighted by rounds of 73 and 76 before a challenging finish in Round 3. Zico Correia rounded out the five-man lineup with a 250 (+34) for the tournament.
The win for Sirohi marks his second collegiate victory, and breaks his streak of three straight 2nd place finishes at the Titan Winter Invitational.
After the tournament, Head Coach Stuart Winsby was proud of his teams fight.
"Tough conditions. A stacked field. And the boys showed up with grit.
Finishing 3rd overall in a highly competitive tournament—on a day when scores were hard to come by—is a true testament to the Warrior mindset. Battled every hole and stayed locked in when it mattered most.
Shoutout to Vedant Sirohi, who captured the individual title, winning by one shot on the final green for his second collegiate win. Couldn't be more proud of Vedant winning after finishing 2nd three years in a row. We talked about this week many times this year.
Eyes forward as we prepare for the Coastal Georgia Winter Invite"
