Babson Park, FL – As Webber enters its new strategic planning cycle, the University had made an informed decision to align its academic and athletic program offerings with its vision and commitment to improving its operational efficiencies and its competitive advantage in the ever-changing landscape of higher education. 
 
In support of this vision and commitment to continuous improvement, the Athletic Department is right-sizing its programs by suspending several sports for the 2025-2026 school year: Women's Bowling, Men's and Women's Track and Field, Men's and Women's Cross Country, Women's Lacrosse, and Coed Teams Cheer and Esports. All students affected by these changes are offered scholarship opportunities to continue their academic programs at Webber. The Athletic Department's leadership team and University staff are making this challenging transition as smooth as possible for our coaches and student athletes.
