Miami Gardens, FL — The Webber International Women's Volleyball traveled to St. Thomas University on Saturday for a SUN Conference matchup. The Warriors split the middle frames and had two set points late in the fourth before St. Thomas closed on a 3–0 run to win 25–10, 19–25, 25–17, 28–26 on Saturday afternoon. The Warriors move to 6–16 (3–5 TSC), while the Bobcats improve to 15–4 (7–1).
STU controlled Set 1 with .500 hitting. Webber answered in Set 2 behind a 12–6 surge powered by Kaylee Hunt and Hailey Mull, plus back-to-back Hunt aces, to level the match 25–19. The third was tight to 10–10 before the Bobcats separated. In a wild fourth, Webber led 13–9 and later fought off match point to earn set point at 26–25, but STU took the final three rallies, 28–26.
