Hialeah, FL – The Webber International Men's Soccer team fell, 6–0, at Florida National on Wednesday afternoon at Milander Park in Hialeah, Fla. The Conquistadors struck just 17 seconds into the match and never looked back, handing the Warriors a loss.

Florida National seized control early as Fabio Zandona finished a feed from Juan Pugín with an additional touch from Juan Latorre at 0:17. The hosts doubled the lead in the 23rd minute through defender Alejandro Castillo and made it 3–0 less than two minutes later when Filipe Ribeiro buried a service from Pugín. Webber's best first-half looks came from Jack Chalmers (17′) and Miguel da Silva (39′), but FNU keeper Vitor Caetano was equal to the task.

Ribeiro put the game out of reach with goals at 45:03 and 51:49 to complete his hat trick, and Dylan Gibbs added a late strike in the 84th minute off combination play from Thiago Bayer and Augusto Pugín. Mason Ricker battled in goal for Webber with seven saves as FNU generated 13 shots on frame.

Webber created 10 total shots—three on target—with chances from Chalmers (2 shots, 1 SOG), da Silva (2 shots, 1 SOG), Jesús Pérez (2 shots), and Preechayan Piyachatiwongs (1 SOG). The Warriors earned one corner and were flagged offside once. Discipline factored into the physical contest, with Webber shown six yellow cards. The result moves Webber to 3-6-1, while Florida National improves to 5-1-3.
