The second half was more of the same as it took just under five minutes for the Warriors to find the back of the net yet again. LaRocca turned provider in the 63rd minute as she found freshman Ana Buenrostro for her first goal of the season and her career. With just under five minutes remaining in the game, Zoe Melo would score her first goal of the season as well on a pass from Buenrostro.

The Lions scored their lone goal just 20 seconds later after the restart. Webber earned a penalty kick after a foul on Brianna Roberts in the box in the 88th minute. Freshman Marta Galvao stepped up to take the spot kick and converted it into the bottom left-hand corner of the goal, restoring the six-goal lead at 7-1.
