BABSON PARK, Fla. (February 5, 2021) – For the fifth time this season and for the third time at home, the Webber International University women's basketball team will play in The Sun Conference Women's Basketball Game of the Week. Tomorrow on Saturday, February 6, at 2 p.m. inside the Sabbagh Athletic Center, the Warriors will battle the Seahawks of Keiser University for the second time this season.
It will be a battle between the third and fourth-place teams in The Sun Conference women's basketball standings as the Warriors are currently 14-6 overall and 10-5 in The Sun Conference, and are in third place in The Sun Conference standings. In that game,
Eletra Graham led the Warriors with a game-high 17 points on 5-for-9 shooting from three while
Dasia Wandick added 15 points,
Paris Copeland had nine points all in the fourth quarter, and
LeAndra Franklin had seven points, seven assists and seven steals.
Since then, Keiser won four straight and has now won six of its last eight games while Webber has gone 5-4 since that game.
