BABSON PARK, Fla. (March 10, 2020) – The No. 16 Webber International University baseball team scored nine runs on eight hits and took advantage of a seven-run bottom of the sixth inning to defeat nationally-recognized Keiser University on Tuesday night on the Heart of Florida Baseball Field.

Then after a leadoff home run in the top of the fourth followed by an unearned run in the top of the fifth for Keiser (19-6) to tie the game at 2-2, Webber broke the game open In the bottom of the sixth with a seven-run inning on only three hits. The first run of the inning came after Eusebio led off with a walk, advanced to third on a single through the right side by Florentino and then scored on an errant throw by the Seahawks' catcher trying to catch Florentino stealing second.

Ricky Neyman followed with a walk and Matthew Wiseman bunt singled to load the bases, and from their three straight RBI walks from Jacob Bluffstone, Nolan Soliveres and Navarro made it 6-2.

Odor followed with a single up the middle on the first pitch he saw to bring in two RBI's, and then Mancillas walked to load the bases again before Florentino scored Navarro on a sacrifice fly to left field to make it 9-2.

Florentino finished 2-for-3 with two RBI's while Odor also had two RBI's, Eusbio scored twice and Navarro walked twice.
