BABSON PARK, Fla. (March 31, 2019) – With only one match now remaining on its 2019 regular season schedule, the back-to-back defending Small College Beach National Champion Webber International University women's beach volleyball team defeated Sun Conference foes Ave Maria University and Florida Memorial University both by scores of 5-0 to extend its home winning streak to six straight matches.

In both matches, Ave Maria and Florida Memorial both had to forfeit the fifth seed due to not having enough players.

With the pair of wins, Webber improved to 12-9 overall on the season and 6-1 in Sun Conference matches.

"I am proud of our teams' dominating performance this weekend, and we will look to take this momentum into our next week of competition," said Webber's new Head Beach Volleyball Coach Jessica Gehrke-Hauptmann.
