BABSON PARK, Fla. – Thursday, May 11^th, the Webber International baseball team, coaches, fans and Webber faculty & staff gathered together to watch the NAIA National Championship selection show.

For the 1^st time in Webber baseball history, the Warriors were selected with an at-large bid and placed in the Lawrenceville Bracket with tournament host, Georgia Gwinnett College. The seeding for the bracket is as follows…

#2 Webber International (38-15)
#3 Central Methodist (Mo.) (42-15)
#4 The Master's (Calif.) (35-21)

Webber International went 2-2 in the Sun Conference Tournament. The Sun Conference became the most powerful NAIA conference in the country as it sends 4 teams into the National Tournament Opening Round in their respective brackets. Of the 4 teams, all are seeded #1 or #2 to start tournament play.
The Warriors have already broken the Webber International University regular season record which stood at 37 wins. Entering the National Tournament at 38-15, every win will solidify them further into the record books.
