BABSON PARK, Fla.—The Webber women's tennis team has had a busy week so far, taking on Cornerstone University and #5 Cardinal Stritch University. The Lady Warriors won their second match of the year against Cornerstone (5-4) at home and lost to the nationally ranked team from Cardinal Stritch (0-9).

Against Cornerstone the Lady Warriors started off slow, giving the Golden Eagles a 3-0 lead to start the match. Webber then won 4 singles matches and were able to seal the win when Eva Nusbaum and Juliana Fuentes won #1 doubles with an 8-2 win over the pair from Cornerstone.

Webber also took on Cardinal Stritch University, losing to the nationally ranked Wolves 0-9.

The Lady Warriors will return to their home courts on March 9^th at 1 pm against Judson University. Go Warriors!!!
