BABSON PARK, Fla.—The Lady Warriors won their first tennis match of the year today against the Gyrenes of Ave Maria. Webber defeated Ave Maria 4-3 in a hard fought match at home. This moves the Lady Warriors to 1-4 for the year.

Webber won both doubles matches and won 2 of the 4 singles matches to clinch the victory over the Gyrenes. Coach Hollis said he was so proud of the way the Lady Warriors fought to win the match. "They really came to play today!"

The Lady Warriors will be back in action on Sunday March 5^th, when they travel to Tampa, Florida to host Bentley University at 4 pm. Go Warriors!!!
