Box Score BABSON PARK, Fla – The Warriors came out hoping to take the mid-week matchup against Eckerd College of St. Petersburg, Florida. Unfortunately, the Tritons would fight off the Warriors with a final score of 6-8.

Getting the call for the Warriors on the mound tonight was Luke Brigham making his Varsity debut. Brigham threw 3 innings surrendering 4 runs off of 6 hits and came away with a no-decision. The offense for the Warriors came out strong putting up 3 runs in the top of the 1st. Sjaghbar Martis doubled scoring Jordan Thomas. Later in the inning, Tayler Layner, tripled down the right field line scoring Sjaghbar Martis and Connor Clayton.

The Warriors hit the ball hard tonight. Unfortunately, it didn't work out as the Tritons took the game by a final of 6-8. This takes the Warriors to 26-16 on the season. They will be back in action at Warner University in Lake Wales, Fla for Sun Conference play on Friday, April 15th at 5 p.m.
