BABSON PARK, Fla. – The Webber International University Lady Warriors softball team hosted Northwood University Lady Seahawks in a double-header on Saturday. The Lady Warriors won both games (4-1 and 6-1).
Leading the Lady Warriors in game one were:
Alyssa Householder, going 1 for 1 at the plate and scoring 1 run;
Jennifer Hamil, going 2 for 3 at the plate and scoring 1 run;
Erika Bellinger with 1 run; and
Jasmine Rodriguez, going 1 for 3 at the plate and scoring 1 run.
Erika Bellinger collected the win for the Lady Warriors' pitching staff in game one (1-0).
Leading the Lady Warriors on the field in game two were:
Stephanie Cabrices going 1 for 3 at the plate and scoring one run;
Alyssa Householder, going 2 for 3 at the plate and scoring 1 run;
Jennifer Hamil, going 3 for 3 at the plate scoring 1 run;
Amanda Solar, going 1 for 3 at the plate scoring 1 run; and
Zoe Hart, going 2 for 2 at the plate, scoring 2 runs.
Naomi Suprgeon collected the win for the Lady Warriors' pitching staff in game two (1-0).
The Lady Warriors' record improves to 19-12 overall and 2-2 in The Sun Conference.
