BABSON PARK, Fla. – The Webber International University Warriors baseball team hosted St. Francis University Fighting Saints Thursday afternoon and won both games.
The teams first finished out Wednesday night's rained out game, tied 3-3 in the bottom of the 7
th inning. With the game still tied 3-3 after 9 full innings, the game went into extra innings. In the top of the 12
th St. Francis finally broke the tie with 2 runs. Webber answered back scoring 3 runs in the bottom of the 12
th, taking the win 7-6 over the Fighting Saints.
Jonah Davis collected the win for the Warriors' pitching staff.

In game to Webber put 4 runs on the board in the bottom of the 1
st inning and scored again in the bottom of the 3
rd inning, 7-0. The Warriors went unanswered into the top of the 9
th, allowing the Warriors to collect their 2
nd win of the night, 7-0.

The Warriors improve their record 13-12 overall and University of St. Francis falls to 7-10 overall.
The Warriors will return to action on Friday, March 7
th as they host Spring Arbor starting at 6 p.m.
