BABSON PARK, Fla. – The Webber International University Warriors tennis team hosted Southeastern University Fire starting at 3:00 p.m. The Warriors won the match 8-1.
 
WIU swept all the doubles matches headed into singles up 3-0. In the singles matches the Warriors would sweep #2 through #6 and won their first match of the year 8-1.
 
Winning for the Warriors were: #1 doubles Jonathan Cohen and Mislav Colak, 8-5; #2 doubles Justus Klocke and Rodrigo Sontibanez, 8-3; #3 doubles Niklos Kammer and Firmiano Filho, 8-2; #2 singles Cohen, 6-2, 6-0; #3 singles Colak 6-4, 6-2; #4 Santibanez, 6-2, 6-4; #5 Klocke 6-1, 6-0; and #6 Patricio Henning 6-2, 6-4.
 
 
The Warriors record improves to 1-1 overall and 1-1 in The Sun Conference.
 
The Warriors return to action on Saturday, February 22^nd as they host conference opponent Ave Maria University starting at 12:00 p.m.
