BABSON PARK, Fla – Webber International University football travels to the Apprentice School Builders in Newport News, Virginia. The Warriors are coming off of a big Sun Conference Championship win against Southeastern University. With that victory not only did Webber take their sixth triumph in a row, but they are now receiving votes on a national scale to be ranked in the top 25 in the nation in the NAIA.
Webber International football has a lot to be proud of so far this season including having a representative from offense, defense, and special teams as Sun Conference players of the week. Another gleaming spotlight for the Warriors is
Darius Page. Page is the running back for the Webber and last week had 30 carries for 140 yards and 2 touchdowns in the Sun Conference Championship game. He was voted the Sun Conference offensive player of the week. So far this year, Page has accumulated 870 yards and 8 touchdowns to help lead the Warriors.
