THOMASVILLE, Ga. – The Webber International University Lady Warriors soccer team fell to #3 seeded, Thomas University Lady Night Hawks, 5-1 in round one of The Sun Conference Tournament. WIU was seeded 6th. 
 
The Lady Warriors would score the first goal of the game under two minutes of play. The Lady Night Hawks would answer within two minutes of the Lady Warriors scoring tying the game 1-1. The Lady Night Hawks would then run away with the game scoring four more goals ending the game on top of the Lady Warriors 5-1.
 
This loss ends the Lady Warriors season with a record of 3-10-2 overall and 3-5-1 in conference play.
 
The Lady Warriors will return to action next fall looking to improve their conference standing.
