th ranked Bobcats from St. Thomas University. The Warriors continued their success with great pitching and timely hitting. On Friday night that pitching role was giving to
Steven Arvanitis. Arvanitis was able to control the St. Thomas's offence by keeping their hitters off balance by changing speeds. The 12
th ranked Bobcats struggled to get anything going until the 5
th inning as they pushed 2 runs across but Arvanitis was able to re take control as those would be the only 2 runs St. Thomas would score on the evening. Arvanitis threw a CG, 8 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 4 SO.
On the other side the Warriors offence was able to capitalize on key mistakes by the Bobcats along with timely hitting. The Warriors did not waste any time as they were able to push a run across in the 1
st, 2 runs in the 3
rd, 1 in the 4
th, 2 in the 5
th, and 1 more in the 7
th. The Warriors were led offensively by
Nick Pascente and
Derek Self both picking up 3 hits each and both picking up 1 RBI. All seven RBI's were picked up by seven different Warriors with timely hitting to help the Webber pasted the 12
th ranked Bobcats.
