Valley, Ala. – The Warriors of Webber International University traveled to Valley, Alabama to face off against the Skyhawks of Point University on Saturday, October 20. The game would come down to the wire and rest on the Warriors Kicker's foot.

The first half of the game was a defensive battle as both offences could not move the ball and went into half time tied at 0-0.
In the second half the Warriors kicked the ball to the Skyhawks and the Skyhawks would drive the ball down the field for the first touchdown of the game, 7-0. The Warriors would continue to struggle moving the ball the rest of the day and would score their only points on special teams. The Warriors would block a punt and recover the ball in the endzone to tie the game, 7-7, with 5:53 left to play. The Warriors would put the last points on the board from a Mason Prater field goal from 37 yards out as time expired winning the game for the Warriors 10-7.

The Warriors improve their record to 2-5 on the season and the Skyhawks record falls to 0-7.

The Warriors return to action on Saturday, October 27, when they face off against Ave Maria for Homecoming and Senior Day kickoff is set for 5:00 p.m.
