Savannah, Ga. – The Warriors lost a hard fought conference match against SCAD, 6-3.
The Warriors fell behind SCAD 3-0 after doubles. The Warriors fought hard in singles taking 3 matches to make the score 4-3 with 2 players still on the courts. The singles for Webber were #3 –
Andres Riobueno – 6-2, 6-4; #4 –
Juuso Tapanainen – 6-2, 6-2; and #6 –
Alwin Leysner – 7-5, 6-2. The Warriors record falls to 13-4 overall and 3-2 in The Sun Conference. SCAD improves their record to 6-3 overall and 3-2 in The Sun Conference.
The Warriors will return to action on Wednesday, April 6th, as the travel to Embry-Riddle University the match is set to start at 3:30pm.
