Magen Carey scored her second goal in the game, it was and unassisted goal in the 71st minute as she dribbled the ball from half the field on the left side, and she placed the ball in the net passed the keeper to extend the lead by three for Webber International University.
Sam Keller (WIU) had 6 saves in the 90 minutes she played, only allowing one goal; whereas, Karleigh Smoak (SEU) had 4 saves in the 90 minutes she played, and allowing 4 goals. Lady Warriors outshot Lady Fire 20 to 13 total shots, and Webber had 8 shots on goal, as Southeastern had 7 shots on goal.
Webbers' women soccer finished seventh in The Sun Conference with a 4-6 record, and they finish the 2011 season with an 8-10 overall record.
