Men's Golf Sit Thrid After Two Rounds of Conference Tournament Play

Babson Park, Fla. – After the first two rounds of golf, in Port Saint Lucie, for The Sun Conference Tournament, Webber's men's golf team currently are sitting in third place with a 296-282 and team total of 578.
In first place tie with a team total of 576 are: Johnson and Wale University (Fla.) and Savanna h College of Art & Design (Ga.).
Warrior Adam Galbraith is leading the tournament as an individual after shooting 72-68; for a second round score of 140. His four under par (68) in the second round was tied for a round low with second place Chris Hawley from JWU and T6 Omar Tejeira from St. Thomas.
Other WIU players finishing in the top 20 are: Tom Gamble tied for sixth place shooting 73-71 for a 144 second round total. Craig Isabel and Alexander Carpenhall are both tied for thirteenth place, Isabel shooting a 76-71-147 and Carpenhall shooting 75-72-147 after the second round of play.
The final round of The Sun Conference Men's Golf Tournament will begin tomorrow (April 20th) morning, immediately followed by the awards presentation.
