Webber International University Athletics

Dr. Farchmin was promoted to both Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance and Senior Women's Leader in June 2023. She is the first Senior Women's Leader at Webber International University.

Dr. Farchmin is a professor at Webber International University where she teaches both undergraduate and graduate level classes in the Sport Business Management department. As well as teaching, Dr. Farchmin served as the Faculty Athletics Representative (FAR) at Webber from 2004 - 2023, serving as an integral link between the athletic department and the faculty on campus. In addition, she is the Associate Dean of Title IX Compliance for Webber International University. Dr. Farchmin first came to the Webber campus in 2003.

Dr. Farchmin has been honored with the NAIA's Wally Schwartz Faculty Athletics Representative of the Year Award for the 2015-16 and 2021-22 academic years, and most recently was named as The Sun Conference's Faculty Athletics Representative of the Year for 2022-23.

As Eligibility Chair for The Sun Conference, Dr. Farchmin is responsible for the review and evaluation of all Official Eligibility Certificates submitted by all member institutions. The chair is also a member of the Conference Eligibility Committee and shall have the responsibility to administer eligibility rules and policies within the Conference as adopted by the Conference and NAIA.

Dr. Farchmin graduated with her doctorate degree from Florida State University in Sport Administration. Prior to her time at FSU, Dr. Farchmin attended Transylvania University where she received a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Physical Education. She competed in both field hockey (three-time MVP, one time all-state) and basketball (one time MVP). Dr. Farchmin received a Master of Science Degree with a concentration in Sport Administration from Eastern Kentucky University.
