Shakeila "ShaK" Castile-Jones is a distinguished figure with a remarkable track

and business leadership. ShaK's journey is defined by her achievements as a
NCAA Division I player and coach, NAIA Coach, a professional volleyball player,
a paraprofessional, and executive.
In addition to her sports career, ShaK has assumed executive roles in various
businesses, where she excelled in enhancing, growing, and developing new
ventures. Her expertise extends to strengthening relationships with valuable
stakeholders, a skill she has honed over the years. Presently, ShaK holds the
esteemed position of CEO at SportsPlug Promo, where her role plays a pivotal
part in directing the business's activities. ShaK's approach to people is passion
driven.
Beyond her office duties, ShaK is deeply committed to preserving and
promoting the art of music. She invests her time and expertise in supporting
the missions of the Ryan Kilgore Music Foundation, Inc. This endeavor
underscores her dedication to making a positive impact beyond the business
and sports realms.
A proud native of Chicago, ShaK holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Chicago
State University, with a major in Communications, Media Arts, and Theatre, and
a minor in Radio and Television Broadcasting.
In her current role as the assistant coach for the Men and Women’s Volleyball
teams at Webber International University, ShaK continues to demonstrate her
passion for excellence. In her second season with the programs, she is actively
involved in guiding the Men’s team to what could potentially be back to back
conference championships!
