Born and raised in California, Coach Eric Kaufman enters his first year as the head strength and conditioning coach for Webber International University men’s and women’s volleyball. Prior to joining Webber's Strength Staff, Kaufman was a graduate assistant at Holy Names University in Oakland, California. In his time at Holy Names, Kaufman was responsible for the design and implementation of sport specific programs for men and women’s basketball, men and women’s soccer, baseball, and volleyball. He also was able to intern at both UC Berkeley with their football program and with the Saint Mary’s College of California basketball program. In addition to his collegiate coaching, he also has experience in the private sector working with NFL Athletes and NFL prospects during their off-season combine training.
