Sylvia joined the Webber Softball staff in August of 2021 as a Graduate Assistant Softball Coach.
Sylvia is a native of Aburndale, Florida. She attended Aburndale High School, where she led the softball team to the State Finals. Sylvia joins Webber after completing her career at Warner University where she was named Performance Athlete of the Year and made First Team All-Conference. She earned her bachelor's degree in elementary education.
Over the past two years, Sylvia has been the pitching coach for Winter Haven High School and has given pitching lessons to young athletes in her community.
Sylvia will be working towards a Master's in Business Administration in Business.
