Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Coach Mateo Celaya enters his first year as a coach at Webber International University in 2021-2022. He is the head strength & conditioning coach for the Warriors' men’s soccer and bowling teams. Celaya graduated from Webber International University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and after graduating he learned under Webber's current head strength & conditioning coach Austin Tomaz and worked his way to becoming a strength & conditioning coaching assistant. During his time at Webber, he was a letter winner for the Warrior’s men’s soccer team and earned a role as a team captain.
