Kyndle Cobb joins Webber International University as a Graduate Assistant Men's Soccer Coach / Goalkeeper Coach. The Oviedo, Florida, native will be studying for his MBA in sport business management.
Cobb played collegiately at Coker College (Hartsville, S.C.), where he was a three-year starter and finished his career ranked fifth at the school in career goals against average, and third in career shutouts. Cobb retired due to number of concussions, and was hired as goalkeeper coach for his senior year. His condition with concessions, however, enabled him to be invited to January Camp for the United States Paralympic National Soccer Team as he nearly qualified to go to the Paralympics in Brazil in 2016.
Cobb holds his US Soccer E License for coaching. He also has 10 years of coaching experience ranging from U3 to U23 teams.
He graduated from Oviedo High School in 2013, and played club soccer for Central Florida Kraze Krush and Florida Kraze Krush Soccer Club. Lastly, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from Coker in 2017, where he had Magna Cum Laude distinction.
