Coach Steven "EJ" White joins the Warriors coaching staff in 2017 and serves as the Quarterbacks Coach.  

Coach White is a graduate of the University of St. Francis (Joliet, Illinois). Starting every game at quarterback in his four-year career, White helped lead St. Francis to four consecutive winning seasons; including wins over NCAA Division I Georgia State in the Georgia Dome and the school's first ever playoff victory. As a two-time captain, White was named the MSFA Conference Player of the Year in 2011 while being named First-Team All-Conference three times and an All-American twice. White is listed fourth in NAIA history with 12,980 career yards and holds all season and career passing records at USF, as well as school records in career rushing attempts and yards. Coach White graduated with a degree in accounting.

Upon graduating, Coach White went on to play professionally in Europe; spending a year each in Sweden and Germany before finishing in Poland where he helped lead the Wroclaw Panthers to win the Polish National Championship and the IFAF European Tournament of Champions. White was named the MVP in both championship games. He also spent time in the IFL arena football league with the Bemidji Axemen. White was also Offensive Coordinator while playing in Sweden and Germany.

Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, White grew up in St. Cloud, Florida. As a player at St. Cloud High School, he was named to the All-State team and was runner-up for the Mr. Florida Football award. His county record of 570 combined yards in a single game still stands.
