Veteran coach Ed Stults first joined the Webber International University football team as its new offensive coordinator heading into the 2018 season. Stults came to Babson Park with vast football coaching experiences at many different levels.
Stults has been in the football coaching profession for over 40 years, most recently as the Offensive Line Coach at Arkansas High School in Texarkana, Texas in 2017. Other recent positions for Coach Stults include being the Offensive Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach at Warner University from 2014-2015 and Offensive Line Coach at Miami University (Ohio) under Head Coach Don Treadwell from 2012-2014.
Stults’ experience as a Head Football Coach came during the 1994 and 1995 seasons at Defiance College in Ohio. A 1980 graduate of Bluffton University, also in Ohio, where he earned all-conference honors as a linebacker, Stults began his coaching career at his alma mater upon graduation and served through 1988.
Stults has also coached at the University of Cincinnati (offensive line, 1988-89), Edinboro University in Pennsylvania (offensive line/run game coordinator, 1989-94), California University of Pennsylvania (assistant head coach/offensive coordinator/offensive line/quarterbacks, 1996-2001), Jacksonville University in Florida (offensive coordinator/offensive line, 2001-03), Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, under Head Coach Brady Hoke (assistant head coach//offensive coordinator/special teams coordinator/tight ends/offensive line, 2003-08), Columbia High School in Lake City, Florida, (offensive line, 2009-10), University of Findlay in Ohio (offensive coordinator, 2010-11) and again at Columbia High (offensive coordinator, 2011-12).
