Daniel Pippin

Coach Dan Pippin enters his first season at Webber International University in 2023, where he will serve as the Co-Offensive Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach.

Prior to coming to Webber, he coached professionally in Europe for three seasons from January 2020 – May 2023 where he served as the Head Coach of the Lubeck Cougars (2023) in Lubeck, Germany. The Hungarian National Team of American (2022) Football and the Lazio Ducks (2020-2022) in Rome, Italy. He was also the Offensive Coordinator of the Rochester Community College Yellow Jackets (2021). During his time with the Yellow Jackets his offense finished second in the country in rushing and was in the top five in all major offensive categories. He was also fortunate enough to coach five all-conference players in his one year at RCTC.

Before his stint in Europe and RCTC, he was a 30-year veteran of the high school coaching ranks in Ohio, Michigan and South Carolina, including 24 years as a head football coach at Tawas Area (1996-2000), South Aiken (2000-2006), North Augusta (2006-2013), and Greenwood (2013-2019). He has compiled a career record of 170-93 and has been recognized as Region, State and National Coach of the Year. He has had over 124 former players go on to play college football at all levels including four who have played professionally in the NFL.

Pippin is a 1990 graduate of Saint Joseph’s College where he was three-year starter and captain his senior year. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education and a Master’s Degree in Divergent Learning.

Dan and his wife Laura have three children and one grandchild.
