Coach Croley is entering his third season leading the Warriors Offense. 2023, will begin his 15th season of coaching at the collegiate and high school levels throughout Florida and Georgia. During that time, Croley had the opportunity to coach and mentor many All-Americans, All- Conference, All-State, and All-Region selections. The 2021 season had many successes offensively with several WIU school records being broken including: Single Game Points Scored (72), Single Game TD’s (10), Single Game Total Offense (709 yds) and Single Game 1st Downs (35). As well as, having WR Jacob Moss set individual WIU school records: Most Receiving TD’s in a Season. RB Tremon Bright also became WIU’s second 1,000 Rusher, he was also voted First-Team All-Sun Conference.
Croley returned to Webber after a three-year stint at rival Warner University. During his time across the lake, Croley served in many roles, including Director of Football Recruiting, Run Game Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach. Croley was instrumental in improving Warner's 81st ranked offense in 2018 to 25th in 2019 at 404 yards per game. Additionally, Coach Croley helped guide an offensive attack for the Royals that set many school records, including most rushing yards in a season (1,792), most rushing touchdowns in a season (17) and most passing yards in a season (2179), while also tying the school record for passing touchdowns in a season (17). In three seasons, Croley helped produce five all-conference selections on the offensive line, and had one NCCAA First-Team All-American, Jonas Small. The Royals' rushing attack at Warner also included the school's first 1,000-yard rusher, Javon Wilson (NAIA All-American), who also set the school record for most 100-yard rushing games (7). Croley's offensive line position group has been one of the best offensive line units in the country since 2018. The 2018 unit only allowed 13 sacks all season (1.3 sacks per game), ranking them 12th in the NAIA for sacks allowed. His 2019 unit only allowed 12 sacks all season (1.2 sacks per game), ranking 14th in the NAIA for sacks allowed, and his 2020 unit only allowed 11 sacks all season (1.8 sacks per game), ranking 19th for sacks allowed.
Before Warner, Croley enjoyed many successes in the high school coaching ranks of Georgia. Croley served as the Offensive Coordinator of St. Francis High School from 2013-2015 were it had the first winning season in program history and made its first trip to the GHSA Class A playoffs in 2014. The St. Francis offense averaged 33 points per game and finished in the top-five in scoring in its respective classification. Croley also helped lead Westside High School to the GHSA Class AAAA Elite 8 in 2015. In 2017, he helped lead Perry High School to its best record since 2012. Croley also served as a coach for both the FACA North/South Fulton All-Star game and GSA East/West All-Star game.
In 2013, Croley joined Mid-South Conference rival Reinhardt University where he helped recruit the program's second recruiting class before its inaugural season. Croley served as the Tight Ends Coach and Outside Linebackers Coach while at Reinhardt, and was responsible for recruiting in the state of Florida.
Croley began his coaching career at Webber International University where he experienced numerous successes, including the team's first top-25 finish in the NAIA Coaches' Poll, the first winning season in program history, and a 2010 Oyster Bowl Championship. While at Webber, Croley served in a variety of coaching roles. In 2012, his tight ends position group set records in nearly every category, including completions, yards per catch and touchdowns. Croley also served as the Offensive Coordinator for the Warriors' JV program, where they enjoyed an undefeated season in 2012 after averaging 530 yards per game and 42.5 points per game. While at Webber, Coach Croley mentored all-conference selection Corey Jackson, who was a finalist for the Dr. Leroy Walker Champion of Character Award, an annual award given to athletes who display high levels of academic, athletic, and community service excellence.
Croley is a native of High Springs, Florida. He attended Santa Fe High School where he led his team in tackles during his junior and seniors seasons and advanced to the FHSAA state playoffs in 2004. He also placed in the top-10 in the FHSAA State Weightlifting Finals in 2004. He played collegiately at Webber International University, where he was a four-year letter winner and starter on offense, defense, and all special teams over the course of his four years. He won the "WIU Character Award" during his senior season. Croley earned his Master's degree in Business Administration from Webber in 2011.
Coach Croley is married to Ashley Croley of Babson Park, Florida. Together, they have three children, Lola, Olive and Bear.
