Warriors Honor Seniors and Clinch AAC Regular Season Title with Win Over Skyhawks

Babson Park, FL – The Webber International Men's Lacrosse team hosted the Point Skyhawks for Senior Day at Warrior Turf Field. The Warriors dominated the Skyhawks , cruising to a 17-3 AAC win, while also clinching at least a share of the AAC Regular Season Title, as Webber's best start in school history continues at 13-0.

The Warriors took an early lead with a goal from Connor Herring, and despite a quick response from Point's Aaron Mordarski, Webber maintained momentum. Philip Scopano and Daniel McClure extended Webber's advantage before Mordarski closed the first quarter with another goal, leaving the score at 3-2.

Webber International opened the second quarter aggressively, quickly widening their lead with goals from Tay'Quan Bryan and Nick Sheaffer. Joshua Colon-Prinzo furthered the gap to 6-2 before Point's Rodney Oakley briefly stemmed the tide. Dillon Ziemba closed out the first half with another goal, sending Webber into the break up 7-3.

The third quarter was entirely controlled by Webber, with goals from Joshua Colon-Prinzo, two from Nick Sheaffer, and a man-up goal by Jeremiah Loo. Point struggled to regain control, hindered by turnovers forced by a relentless Webber defense led by Greyson Davidson and Jacob Trickler.

Entering the final quarter at 11-3, Webber kept their foot on the accelerator. Goals from Daniel McClure, Jeremiah Loo, multiple tallies by Nick Sheaffer, Dillon Ziemba, and a final goal from Samuel Castillo pushed the score to a definitive 17-3. Webber's goalie tandem of Liam Murphy and Adison Hommel combined for a strong defensive showing, continually frustrating Point's offensive efforts.

Webber International's balanced scoring, aggressive ground-ball play, and disciplined defense paved the way to their dominating victory over Point.
