Ave Maria, FL - Bethel (IN) pulled away late to hand Webber International Women's Basketball a 59-53 setback Monday (Dec. 15, 2025) in a neutral-site game at Tom Golisano Field House.

Webber came out with the early edge, taking a 15-14 lead after one, but Bethel flipped the game in the second quarter with a 17-9 run to go into halftime up 31-24.

The Warriors answered with their best stretch after the break—outscoring the Pilots 15-7 in the third to climb back in front, 39-38, heading to the fourth.

The deciding swing came in the final 10 minutes. Bethel won the fourth quarter 21-14 and used pressure to create extra chances, finishing with 15 steals and turning 20 Webber turnovers into 18 points.

Webber battled on the glass (37-30), but the Warriors' comeback effort was hurt at the free-throw line (8-of-17).

Jaiden Ross powered the Webber offense with 17 points, while Adaya Montalvo added 11 and Janaina Goncalves chipped in eight.

Inside, Camryn Patterson anchored the paint with a huge 15-rebound night as Webber consistently found second-chance opportunities (12 offensive boards).

Bethel was led by Isabel Scales (16 points) and Justyce Williams (14), and the Pilots' defensive activity—plus a +11 margin at the foul line in makes—was enough to close out the fourth-quarter push.
